Ingredients
1. Maize flour
2. Egg
3. Banana
4. Cinamon powder
5. Milk 6. Jaggery
Instructions
Take a dry bowl:
Add 1 egg and whisk well
Add 2 small bananas and mash
Add milk, cinnamon powder, and jaggery. Mix well to make a thin batter.
Add ½ cup maize flour to the batter and mix well. Add 1 tsp oil to prevent sticking in the waffle maker.
Pour the mixture into the waffle maker and cook until the green light turns on.
Waffles are ready to eat.
