Ingredients
Chicken (shredded)
Penne pasta
Cauliflower
Ginger garlic paste
Onion (chopped)
Black pepper
Vinegar
Soya sauce
Chilli sauce
Chilli flakes
Instructions
Add water to a pot and place it on high flame until bubbles form.
Then:
Add ½ tsp salt
Add a little oil
Add pasta and boil until soft
Take a pan:
Add 1 tsp oil
Add ½ tsp ginger garlic paste and sauté
Add chopped onion and sauté
Now add cauliflower and cover with a lid until it softens.
Transfer the mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.
Take another clean pan:
Add ½ tsp oil
Add ginger garlic paste and sauté
Add chicken, mix well, and cover until fully cooked.
Once cooked, remove the chicken and set aside.
Add cauliflower sauce into the pan and mix in spices well.
Add cooked chicken and boiled pasta, then mix gently.
Garnish with green onions and serve.
