6 Strawberries
4 dates
1 cup milk
1 tsp Crushed nuts
1 tsp honey
4 cubes ice
Instructions
Prepare the fruits:
Peel the banana
Cut strawberries into pieces
Chop dates
Put all into a blender
Add to blender:
1 cup milk
1 tsp honey
Crushed nuts
Blend well
Add ice cubes and blend for 4 seconds. Smoothie is ready to drink.
