Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat porridge
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cardamom
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Clean the wheat porridge and add it to a pot.
    • Add 1 tsp oil and sauté the porridge until its color changes
  2. Add 1 cup of water to the pot and boil for 10 minutes.
    • Add 1 cup milk and 1 cardamom
    • Boil until the porridge thickens
  3. Add honey or sugar according to taste and serve with fruits of your choice.
