Ingredients

  • 250 g boneless chicken
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp tikka masala
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 potato
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken and put it in a pot.
    • Add 1 tablespoon yogurt
    • Add 1 tsp salt and tikka masala
    • Add 1 tsp mixed herbs
    • Add 1 tsp olive oil
    • Squeeze 1 lemon over the chicken
    • Mix all ingredients well and cover for 30 minutes
  2. Steam the marinated chicken, covered with aluminum foil, in the pot for 20 minutes.
  3. Boil the potato and mash it.
    • Add 1 pinch of black pepper
    • Serve with chicken tikka
