Roasted Bringle with Tomato Puree

Ingredients
1 big-sized brinjal (eggplant)
1 tomato
1 lemon
½ cup yogurt
1 tsp mixed herbs
Instructions
Cut the brinjal into thin slices.
Marinate with yogurt, lemon, and mixed herbs for 5 minutes
Roast the marinated brinjal in 1 tsp olive oil for 5 minutes
Prepare the tomato sauce:
Boil the tomato and peel it
Add 1 tsp olive oil and mash the tomato
Add 1 crushed green chilli, 1 pinch salt, and 1 pinch black pepper
Mix for 3 minutes
Add 2 tsp water and simmer on low flame
