Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat pasta
  • 100 g boneless chicken
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp white flour
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta:
    • Take a pot and half-fill it with water, then bring to a boil
    • Add 1 tsp salt and some oil
    • Add pasta and cook until soft
  2. Cook the chicken:
    • Take a pan, add 1 tbsp oil, and heat it
    • Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and sauté
    • Add chicken and cook until done
  3. Prepare the sauce:
    • Take a pan and add 1 tsp butter
    • Add 1 tsp white flour and mix until it changes color
    • Add milk and cook for 3 minutes
