Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 capsicum
  • 4 cabbage leaves
  • 1 small potato
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp soy sauce and vinegar

Instructions

  1. Take a pot:
    • Fill it with water
    • Add 1 tsp salt
    • Bring it to a boil and cook the rice
  2. Prepare the vegetables:
    • Wash and cut vegetables into small cubes
    • Take a pan, add 1 tsp olive oil, and heat
    • Sauté vegetables for 2 minutes
    • Add salt, soy sauce, and vinegar, then mix well
  3. Drain the boiled rice and add it to the vegetable mixture. Mix well. Vegetable rice is ready to serve with green onion and mint chutney.
