Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla wrap
  • 50 g minced beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp mayo
  • 1 tsp chilli ketchup

Instructions

  1. Take a pan:
    • Add 1 tsp olive oil and heat
    • Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute
    • Add 1 chopped onion and sauté for 1 minute
    • Add minced beef, mix well, cover, and cook on low flame for 15 minutes
    • Add 1 chopped tomato, salt to taste, and mix
  2. Prepare the wrap:
    • Grill the tortilla wrap
    • Brush mayo and chilli ketchup on the wrap
    • Add the cooked beef mixture
    • Add 1 slice of cheese and capsicum cubes
    • Fold the wrap and serve
