Instructions
- Take a pan and add 1 tsp of oil and heat it.
- Add half chopped onion and stir fry it then add green chilli,garkic cloves and ginger piece and stir it.
- Now add diced carrot in it and put it in the low flame and cover lid until carrots become soft.
- Take a blender and add mixture into it , add half cup milk and blend it.
- Pour the blended mixture into pan and heat it
- Add spices and mix it until colour chnges.
- Carrot humus is ready to srrve with carrot crepe.
