Ingredients

  • onion
  • Ginger garlic
  • Salt
  • Green chilli
  • Oil
  • Carrot- diced

     

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and add 1 tsp of oil and heat it.
  2. Add half chopped onion and stir fry it then add green chilli,garkic cloves and ginger piece and stir it.
  3. Now add diced carrot in it and put it in the low flame and cover lid until carrots become soft.
  4. Take a blender and add mixture into it , add half cup milk and blend it.
  5. Pour the blended mixture into pan and heat it
  6. Add spices and mix it until colour chnges.
  7. Carrot humus is ready to srrve with carrot crepe.
