  • Onion
  • Ginger garlic
  • Salt
  • Green chilli
  • Oil
  • Carrot (diced)

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, add 1 tsp oil, and heat it.
  2. Add and stir-fry:
    • Half chopped onion
    • Green chilli
    • Garlic cloves
    • Ginger piece
  3. Add diced carrot, lower the flame, and cover with a lid until carrots soften.
  4. Transfer mixture to a blender:
    • Add ½ cup milk
    • Blend until smooth
  5. Pour the blended mixture back into the pan and heat it.
  6. Add spices and mix until the color changes.
  7. Carrot hummus is ready to serve with carrot crepe.
