Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tsp mix spices

    Instructions

    Step 1

    Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces. Put the pan on flame. Add 1 tsp of vegetable oil into pan and saute onions.

    Step 2

    Cut tomatoes and green chilies into small pieces. Add them to the pan and mix well.

     

    Step 3

    Beat the eggs with spices and pour it into the pan. Turn the side when the upper layer is cooked then add cheese over the mixture and serve with green onions.
