1 green chilli
1 small onion
1 tomato
1 tsp mix spices
Instructions
Prepare the onions:
Peel and cut the onion into small pieces
Heat 1 tsp vegetable oil in a pan
Saute the onions
Prepare the vegetables:
Cut tomatoes and green chilies into small pieces
Add them to the pan and mix well
Cook the eggs:
Beat the eggs with spices
Pour the egg mixture into the pan
Flip when the upper layer is cooked
Add cheese over the mixture and serve with green onions
