Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tsp mix spices

Instructions

  1. Prepare the onions:
    • Peel and cut the onion into small pieces
    • Heat 1 tsp vegetable oil in a pan
    • Saute the onions
  2. Prepare the vegetables:
    • Cut tomatoes and green chilies into small pieces
    • Add them to the pan and mix well
  3. Cook the eggs:
    • Beat the eggs with spices
    • Pour the egg mixture into the pan
    • Flip when the upper layer is cooked
    • Add cheese over the mixture and serve with green onions
