Ingredients

  • 250 g boneless chicken
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 tsp salt, tikka masala
  • 1 tsp of mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 potato
  • 1 lemon

    Instructions

    Step 1

     Wash the chicken and put it in the pot. Add 1 tablespoon of yogurt, 1 tsp of salt and tikka masala, 1 tsp of mixed herbs, and 1 tsp of olive oil, and squeeze 1 lemon over the chicken. Mix all the ingredients well and cover the chicken for 30 mints.

     

    Step 2

    Now steam the marinated chicken covered with aluminum foil in the pot for 20 minutes.

     

    Step 3

    Boil the potato and mash it. Add 1 pinch of black pepper over it and serve with chicken tikka.
