Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 capsicum
  • 4 leaves cabbage
  • 1 small potato
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp of soy sauce and vinegar

    Instructions

     Step 1

    take a pot, fill it with water ,add 1tsp of salt into it, and put it on the flame until rice boils.

     

     Step 2

    Wash the vegetables and cut them into smaller cubes, Take a pan and 1 tsp of olive oil and heat it and saute vegetables for 2 mints. Add salt, soya sauce and vinegar  in pan and mixx it well.

     

    Step 3

    Stain-boiled rice. Add it to the vegetable mixture and mix it. Vegetable rice is ready to serve with green onion and mint chutney.
