Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 6 Strawberries
- 4 dates
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp Crushed nuts
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 cubes ice
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the banana, cut the strawberries into piece and ct the dates and put into the blender.
Step 2
Add 1 cup of milk , 1tsp of honey, and crushed nuts in the blender and blend it well.
Step 3
Add ice cubes in the end and blend for 4 sec and smoothie is ready to drink.
