Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 6 Strawberries
  • 4 dates
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp Crushed nuts
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 4 cubes ice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruits:
    • Peel the banana
    • Cut strawberries into pieces
    • Chop dates
    • Put all into a blender
  2. Add to blender:
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 tsp honey
    • Crushed nuts
    • Blend well
  3. Add ice cubes and blend for 4 seconds. Smoothie is ready to drink.
