Refund Eligibility

– You purchased a service package but have not yet scheduled or attended any sessions.
– You attended the first session and are not satisfied with the initial consultation.
– There was an error in billing or payment processing on our part.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
– You have attended more than one session.
– You did not follow the provided diet and nutrition plan as recommended.
– You requested a refund after the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period has expired.

Cancellation Policy

– Individual Sessions: If you need to cancel or reschedule an individual session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
– Package Services: For services purchased as part of a package, cancellations must be made before the first session. Refunds for package services will be prorated based on the number of sessions used.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and update your account.
