Ingredients

  • 1 big-sized bringle
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp pf mixed herbs

    Instructions

     Step 1

     Cut the bringle in thin slices. Marinate with yogurt, lemon and mixed herbs for 5 minutes. Roast the marinated Bringle in 1 tsp olive oil for 5 mints.

     

    Step 2

    Boil the tomato and peel it. Then add 1tsp olive oil, mash it, and add 1 green crushed chilli, 1 pinch salt, and 1 pinch black pepper. Mix for 3 mints and add 2 tsp of water and then mix it on low flame.
